Why a new Event Planner macro shows a placeholder instead of a calendar.

Symptom​

Instead of a calendar, the Event Planner macro shows Your Event Planner is almost ready and Publish this page to start adding events.

The page hasn't been published yet​

Cause: The calendar is saved with the page, so it needs a published page. A new page, or a draft that was never published, doesn't have one yet.

Solution: Publish the page. The calendar appears on the published page. After that, it also works while you edit the page.
