This document provides information about support and service for the apps we offer via the Atlassian Marketplace. It is informational only and does not create binding obligations or guaranteed service levels.

Support is provided voluntarily and on a best-effort basis.

We do our best to respond in a timely manner, but no specific response times or resolution guarantees are provided.

3. Updates and Maintenance​

  • We may release updates, patches, or new features at our discretion.
  • We may modify or discontinue features or the app entirely without prior notice.
  • The apps are provided "as is".

4. Limitations of Liability​

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid via Atlassian Marketplace for the last 12 months, or EUR 50, whichever is lower.
  • Mandatory statutory liability (e.g., intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health) remains unaffected.

5. Dependency on Atlassian​

  • Functionality and availability depend on Atlassian systems and APIs, which are outside our control.
  • Any issues caused by Atlassian do not constitute a breach of this policy.
