Views and settings

This section covers how people look at a calendar, how you set it up for everyone, how to stop changes, and how to take events out of Event Planner.

  • Views: month, week, day and list, moving through dates, and Only my events.
  • Calendar settings: the view a calendar opens in, the week, working hours and height.
  • Lock a calendar: stop everyone from changing events once planning is done.
  • Export events: download events as ICS or CSV, or export a Confluence page with its calendar to PDF or Word.
