Manage links

Manage links covers what you can do with a link after you create it: protect it, limit how long it works, see whether it was opened, and turn it off.

Control access

• Give each audience its own link: up to 10 links per work item or board, each with its own settings.
• Protect a link with a password: ask viewers for a password before any content loads.
• Set when a link expires: make a link stop working on a date, and bring it back.
• Turn off or replace a link: stop a link at once, or give it a new URL.

Keep track

• Link activity: how often each link was opened, and when.
• Manage your links in My share links: every link you created, on one page.
