Share content
Share content covers how to create a public link to a work item, a board or a saved filter. Each kind of link starts from the thing it shares.

Every link has the same controls: a password, an expiry date, a theme, and whether viewers can comment. Viewers never need a Jira account.
- Share a work item: choose the sections and fields, then create the link.
- Share a board: choose the sprint or backlog view, card fields and quick filters.
- Share a filter: choose the filter, the columns, and what viewers can search, sort and export.
