Administration

Administration covers the app's settings for Jira admins: who can share, which spaces can be shared, how long links live, and how to review every link on the site. You need to be a Jira admin for these tasks.

• Sharing policy settings: every setting on the Sharing Policy tab, with a recommended setup.
• Review and turn off links across the site: the Shared Work Items, Shared Boards and Shared Filters tabs, and the audit log.
• Update to the paid version: move from the free version of the app to the current paid one.
