The limits Event Planner applies to events and calendars. They're the same in Confluence and Jira, except where a row says otherwise.
Events
| Field | Limit |
|---|
| Title | 1 to 128 characters |
| Description | Up to 1,024 characters |
| Location | Up to 200 characters |
| Link | Up to 500 characters, starting with http:// or https:// |
| People | Up to 50 per event |
| Day header | Up to 128 characters, one per day |
Calendars
| Limit | Value | What to do when you reach it |
|---|
| Events per calendar | 2,000 | Start a new calendar for the next period, and export or delete past events |
| Size of a calendar | 200 KiB of event data | Shorten long descriptions, or split the calendar |
| Events in one template or AI import | 500 | Import the schedule in parts |
| Days in one template or AI import | Day 0 to day 365 from the start date | Import a long schedule in parts, each with its own start date |
When a save would go over a calendar limit, it isn't saved, and the calendar says why.
Space calendars (Confluence)
