This page lists what changed in each major version of Team Voice for Jira and Team Voice for Confluence, newest first.

Still on an older version? It keeps working, and your polls stay where they are. Updates and fixes are released only for the latest version. A site admin can update Team Voice in a few clicks. See How to update.

Team Voice for Confluence

Version 6 (April 2026)

• Paid app with a free tier. Teams of up to 10 users keep using Team Voice for free. See Pricing.
• More reliable poll saving. Saving or deleting a poll no longer fails when its audit log entry can't be written.
• Back button in Export and Import. The export and import panels have a Back button and a more compact layout.
• Up-to-date platform. Team Voice runs on the current Forge runtime with updated Atlassian design components. New fixes and updates are released for this version only.

Version 5 (March 2025)

• New drag and drop for reordering poll options.
• Redesigned results page.
• Configure button for Team Voice in Manage apps.
• Polls are also saved as page properties, in addition to the app's storage.

Team Voice for Jira

Version 5 (April 2026)

Version 4 (November 2024 – December 2025)

• Project settings page with the audit log of poll changes in the project.
• Export and import polls between work items and Confluence pages.
• New drag and drop for reordering poll options, and a redesigned results page.
• Polls are also saved as work item properties, in addition to the app's storage.
